We are IN-NETWORK Provider for some insurance companies, like Delta, Aetna, and Cigna.

Please call us if you have any questions about the use of your insurance.
Dental insurance plans we work with:
- We are happy to file your dental insurance claim for you. We take most PPO insurances; however, we are not contracted with all of them. This means that you are responsible for any balances left over by your insurance company.
Payment options:
- Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion upfront and the rest over an agreed-upon time period.
- Cash .
- Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.
Other options:
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you. It is important that you understand your insurance benefits; we can only estimate your portion of the cost of treatment and cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not pay. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
In reality, your dental coverage is a dental benefit, not insurance because there is no existing INSURANCE with only $1000-$1500 in the annual benefit. On the day of your appointment, we will collect the estimated amount that your insurance is not expected to pay. If you have questions regarding your insurance, please call our office.
Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance coverage.
Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
