Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high-quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office at Lowell Office Phone Number 219-696-2100 to find out what other options may be available to you.

We are IN-NETWORK Provider for some insurance companies, like Delta, Aetna, and Cigna.

However, we are able to work with any Insurance company even if we are not an IN-Network provider. the only exception is HMO insurances and Medicaid.

Please call us if you have any questions about the use of your insurance.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

  • We are happy to file your dental insurance claim for you. We take most PPO insurances; however, we are not contracted with all of them. This means that you are responsible for any balances left over by your insurance company.

Payment options:

  • Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion upfront and the rest over an agreed-upon time period.
  • Cash .
  • Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.

Other options:

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you. It is important that you understand your insurance benefits; we can only estimate your portion of the cost of treatment and cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not pay. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

In reality, your dental coverage is a dental benefit, not insurance because there is no existing INSURANCE with only $1000-$1500 in the annual benefit. On the day of your appointment, we will collect the estimated amount that your insurance is not expected to pay. If you have questions regarding your insurance, please call our office.

Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance coverage.

Please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
